The perfect all rounder / mother daughter share / competitive amateur horse.

Star is a beautiful mare and a pleasure to have around.  She has been with amateur riders throughout her career, with many highlights including jumping triple clear in the Bronze league to qualify for the Final at Horse Of The Year Show, where she went on to jump double clear for 5th place.

Since being based with us, our 16 year old apprentice has taken her to shows, including Wales and West where she jumped 3/3 clears, Hickstead where she qualified for the 1.10 Amateur Final in the international ring, and Arena UK Major Championship Show, where she qualified for the 1.10 and 1.15 finals.

Star would suit a competitive amateur wanting to get to HOYS to make their dreams come true. She would also suit a mother/daughter share as she isn't the type of horse that needs riding every day - she doesn't get sharp or silly after a week off.  She has recently been teaching our nervous riders the basic trot and canter pole work, always looking after them.

She is good to hack, clip, shoe, load, travel etc.
