2021 Gelding by Mr. Emerald EB x Etoulon VDL

Ricky has excellent breeding - his sire is a young horse who has jumped international 6 and 7 YO classes, and so far this year has jumped up to 135 as an 8 year old.  His grandsire, Emerald, had a successful career jumping 160 at the top of the sport.   His dam sire, Etoulon VDL also jumped successfully up to 150 level.  

Ricky was broken very recently and has a sensible, genuine temperament that is hard to find.   He is quick to learn and has naturally big, floaty paces.  He has been to an arena hire where he jumped round everything first time proving to be brave and willing.  He is super kind and affectionate on the ground, and is good to turnout and bring in, for the farrier, to groom/bath/tack up, load and travel.  

Ricky is now ready for someone to enjoy producing him further. He would suit a rider looking for a sensible, straightforward young horse with quality breeding, and a kind nature that makes him a pleasure to own and work with every day.
